What Happened to KKW Beauty?


On August 1, 2021, Kim Kardashian shuttered her well-known beauty brand KKW to rebrand the company under a new name.


She took to her Instagram story and wrote that she choose to make the move.
The brand’s official Instagram account “KKW” also wrote in their Instagram story “so that we can come back to you under a completely new brand with new formulas that are away more modern, innovative and packaged and elevated and a sustainable new look” since then the KKW has cease to exist.

In a statement, the 41-year-old Kardashian explains that she is shutting down all her previous iterations of her beauty line. This doesn’t come as a complete shock to her followers as they have seen and assumed that she wanted to put distance between her former married name, Kim Kardashian West, and her business ventures going forward.
It looks like Kim Kardashian has been making moves behind the scenes with her beauty brands too.

Kim Kardashian has finally announced her new Beauty Brand, after a long break with the reality TV star entrepreneur and well know social media celebrity.
Kim Kardashian has finally unveiled her new cosmetic brand SKKN, she will launch it on June 21 at 9a PT/12p exclusively on SKKNBYKIM.COM.

She broke the news on her Instagram account along with a sneak peek of the full collection and campaign shots featuring herself.

In an Instagram post, she wrote ” I’m excited to introduce to you SKKN, a nine-product skincare ritual that I have developed from start to finish,
Kim also wrote in the post that she has been so privileged to learn about skin and skin care over the years from the world’s top dermatologists and estheticians and every bottle from her new line is filled with knowledge that she has accumulated along the way.
